The film wants to raise awareness of employees to improve their personal life habits with regard to nutrition, physicel exercies, etc. to prevent health risks like chronic degenerative diseases which have an impact to their work activities. The worker LENCHO who suffers from overweight does is unwilling to undergo a health check although his friend OBED suffered a heart attak at work caused by overweight. Lencho thinks this will not happen to the young people of today, but what he will experience will change his life completely. PASCUAL says he doesn´t need and use hearing protection because it is unconfortable for him even if he works in areas where use is mandatory because of intense noise. A shocking experience is needed to wake him up and decide that he has to address the problem of deafness because safety measures have been neglected. CLAUDIA , an office worker, suffers from overweight which affects her self-esteem. In her efforts to lose weight she makes some mistakes. Doctor CAROLINA, deputy director of the hospital of PEMEX , engages with great humanitarian commitment for the health of each of the employees and helps to find a solution. This is a film with a heightened sense of drama.

Aims and objectives

Motivate the staff of PEMEX exploration and production to take pride in being a worker in the oil industry. Moreover, demonstrate the importance of the company internationally, its development and magnitude. The film fucusses on the importance of safety measures and risk prevention to safeguard the physical integrity of the workers, the safety of installations and the protection of the environment.
