Superiors of the middle management (participants in a master/or superior seminar of the BGN (German Social Accident Institution for the foodstuffs and catering industry) report from their experiences from their particular perspective. From original sounds and a background story the radio play was produced. A booklet completes the theoretical background. Both media can be downloaded on the website of the BGN.

Aims and objectives

The superior is the key success factor for healthy employees: work activites, management behaviour, good working atmosphere, job satisfaction and sick leave are closely interlinked, this also applies for one´s own health. The CD gives health-promoting and preventive strategies for teamwork thus reducing work-related strain.
