Aims and objectives
Through this music video, PERKESO hope to increase awareness on impact of the accidents to one's family and the importance of social security coverage so that contributors and their dependents can enjoy benefits and have a more secure future. This music video also illustrates 7 element of vision zero in common Malaysian context which is the young workers and also effect of traffic accident to the dependents. By working with young composers and using modern contemporary genre, we hope this message will reach younger generations and wider target group.
The use of the Vision Zero element figuratively ( in the sense of humanitarian and religious elements) is intended to take the advantage of the current popular genre in Malaysia as a means of communicating the vision of Vision Zero message. SOCSO hopes that the release of Sifar will enable the young people to understand the 7 elements of vision zero indirectly.
Sifar also hopes to instill the importance of creating a caring society, which will drive the country to become a developed nation.
