Group 6: Walk a mile in their shoes

Group 5: Tell me a story

Storytelling has always played a significant role in prevention. The next three nominated entries are films that share amazing stories and strong messages.
These are the nominated entries from this group:

  • Killer on the Loose, Never Let Go, Great Britain
  • Turning the Tide: PFDs in the Fishing Industry, WorkSafeBC, Canada
  • An approach for analysing occupational accidents at work & home care sector, INRS, France

Group 4: Short Cuts

Our next group is called “Short cuts” and includes three short films that convey very important and clear messages in just a couple of minutes.
These are the nominated entries from this group:

  • Mr Gecko, Workplace Safety and Health Council, Singapore
  • It's good to be alive, as long as nothing bad happens, Suva, Switzerland
  • Transport - Overhead Power Lines Safety Campaign, Energy Networks Association, Great Britain

Group 3: Serious Fun

This group includes three multimedia products that are not only funny and entertaining but also convey a very important message.
These are the nominated entries from this group:

  • Don't be wild, Raben Group, Poland
  • Work and Technology on Human Terms, Prevent, Sweden
  • #MortelTonTaf , The web serie that will save your life at work!, INRS, France

Group 2: Music is the Key

The next nominated entries are three amazing music videos that share strong messages. They form the next group of nominees: “Music is the key”.
These are the nominated entries from this group:

  • Safety is your responsibility, Workers Compensation Fund Control Board, Zambia
  • ZERO, Social Security Association, Malaysia
  • Jim's Story, Saipem SpA, Italy

Group 1: Fatal Attraction

The first group of nominees is called “Fatal attraction”, which is formed by films that use emotions and tragic events to raise awareness and prevent fatal accidents at work from happening again. These are the nominated entries from this group:

  • Day of Mourning, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Ontario WSIB, Canada
  • Safety Starts With You, SafeWork NSW, Australia
  • Fatal internal traffic accidents, Workers Compensation Center, Finland

Shortlist IMFP 2021

On 6 October 2020, in the framework of the XXII World Congress Special Session, we announced the 50 media products that made it to the IMFP Shortlist.
